Interstate/International Attendees

As the conference is located a significant distance away from the airport, we ask that everyone intending to use this free service arrive at the airport by 1 pm on the 31st of December. There will be several pick up times arranged prior to this cut off time. You will receive some information in the mail shortly where we will requesting you to register your interest in this service

We ask that all return flights on the 7th of January be booked with a check in time no earlier than 5pm.

Please note: We are not providing transport from Avalon Airport from to the conference venue.

In selecting your flights to Melbourne, we reccommend Webjet (http://www.webjet.com.au/) as a good place to start and compare available flights.

Melbourne Attendees
We are planning to organise a bus from Ringwood if there is enough interest from young people in Melbourne. There may be a small fee for this service and again ask you register your interest in the next wave of information we are sending out shortly.
